if you want the widget to "welcome" on your blog,,
follow these steps:
1. go to your dashboard menu.
2. and select design.
3. again and select edit HTML.
4. then tick the "expand widget templates".
5. press ctrl + f.
6. search "</ body>" without the quotes.
7. select the image you wish to use on your blog.
8. Copy and paste the code that appears before "</ body>.
9. click on "save template".
10. see the results of your blog ..
